We are pleased to announce that we will be offering several fundraising opportunities over the next year for you to participate in so that you may lower your personal cost, or even fundraise for the full travel expenses of your D.C. trip! We have come up with a variety of fundraising ideas so that everyone can reap the rewards. Due Dates Due to the abundance of fundraisers, we ask that all fundraiser order forms and monies be turned in no later than the given due date. There is only a small window of time to get orders counted, called in to the distributors and delivered. We will send out reminders via email and/or group text. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.
Payment To facilitate the counting and ordering process, when turning in orders, please send just ONE check made payable to: “Kenowa Hills Washington D.C. Trip”
Pick Up We ask that all orders be picked up at the designated dates and times. ANY ORDERS NOT PICKED UP DURING THOSE TIMES WILL BE DONATED.
